In 2016, Tristan Hallis, better known as DJ Boring, sent shockwaves through the underground when his track “Winona” appeared on the iconic Slav Youtube channel. The track, comprised of simple, melodramatic chords, modulated acidic clangs, a syncopated, chilled out 909 groove, and a sampled Winona Ryder interview, not only changed the landscape of house music, but seemed to define dance music for a new generation.

In the sampled interview, Ryder earnestly says, “It is difficult to be judged, to be reviewed…I was in the middle of doing a reading and she stopped me and said, listen, you are not pretty enough to be an actress. You have to find something else that you want to do.” “Winona” captures not only the forelorn of the modern music producer, but the sentiment of a generation. In an era defined by insecurity and judgement, and in a scene where few seem to make an imprint, it seems there is no hope. Like Ryder, however, Hallis can now look back from his current success, and remember the times when people told him he couldn’t do it.

Hallis’ abilities are beyond simply being able to write clever melodies and stomping rhythms. His unique talent lies in knowing when to pull back, when to go all in, when to pause - an instinct that usually takes year of development, and that he further demonstrates with his prowess behind the decks. Since his debut on E-Beamz, he has released music on Lost Palms, Let’s Play House and his newly founded label, Vienna.

Jacques Greene is the artist name of Philippe Aubin-Dionne. The Montreal-born & raised and currently Toronto-based DJ and producer is one of dance music's most captivating and enigmatic talents. The young house and RnB producer from Montreal has given the current musical landscape progressively deeper ideas of what house music can mean in the new decade.

Producing for vocalists Majid Jordan, Tinashe and How To Dress Well and remixing Radiohead, Autre Ne Veut and Shlohmo, Jacques Greene has expanded his collaborations to include fashion with cult Canadian designer Rad Hourani and art institutions including London's Tate Modern.

Jacques Greene's sparkling original productions include the genre-defining "Another Girl," a house anthem with future RnB leanings that would go on to inspire countless imitations and be named one of Pitchfork's Songs of the Decade, earning 3.8 million plays on Spotify. This was followed by a series of acclaimed EP releases on LuckyMe including On Your Side, Phantom Vibrate and After Life After Party that saw Greene's world tour cross US, CA, UK, EU and Asia and take host of BBC Radio 1's Residency program. Jacques Greene will be releasing his highly-anticipated debut album in 2017.

Eclair Fifi is the first lady of LuckyMe Music.Art.Parties - the exciting young electronic hip hop label from Scotland. She has encyclopedic knowledge of italo, latin freestyle, electro, hip hop, house & generally club music and has become one of the most sought after young djs from the UK, playing the newest, most cutting edge white labels from some of the worlds leading producers.

Renowned for a series of European headline tours and club residencies; from curated parties in Paris, Coachella, ADE & The Warehouse Project - balanced with special guest sets at the likes of Ed Banger’s 20 Years of Party and MoMA PS-1 in New York, Fifi’s peerless energy is in part due to her consummate knowledge and love of weird and rare music. Her sets traverse Latin Freestyle, italo, techno, hip hop and RnB - fearlessly peppered with emergent unsigned demos. Clair famously helped introduce PC Music by first-playing SOPHIE’s ‘Bipp’, and early A. G. Cook on BBC Radio One back when they hadn’t amassed 100 followers on soundcloud. Her continued role in the LuckyMe label continues with breaking new records first, affording new releases a perfect context within her mixes and sets.
